Another Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show has come and gone, and what a week it was for the PYC Cayman team!
Our Director, Graeme Lord, alongside Logan Lord and the rest of our team, made the most of everything FLIBS had to offer. From reconnecting with clients and meeting new faces to touring some incredible superyachts and seeing the latest innovations in the industry, there was certainly no shortage of things to see and do.
Beyond the docks, we attended the RefitX Seminar Series, which featured discussions on the perfect refit, expert insights into the refit market, and what lies ahead for the industry. We also had the pleasure of attending the International Superyacht Society’s Design & Leadership Awards Gala, celebrating the people and achievements that continue to shape the world of superyachting.
Another highlight was sitting down with yachting content creator Ben Strickland for an interview! We’ve loved following his content from yacht shows around the world, and it was especially fun reconnecting after meeting him in Monaco earlier this year. Of course, seeing him still sporting our Make Crew Great Again cap was a bonus!
As much as we enjoy seeing the incredible yachts, it’s the people and relationships that make this show one of our favorites year after year.
